Since founding the company (previously known as The Closet Specialist) in 1984, JeffKlein has been at the helm of Closet & Cabinet Experts. His leadership and industry know-how played a key role in positioning our company as both an industry and localleader in custom closet solutions. Today, Jeff's son, Josh, runs our full-service, custom cabinet and closet storage company.

Closet shelving and drawers were easily installed and went smoothly. The custom work in our living area ended up turning out well, but was quite a frustrating journey with many communication errors between their staff, multiple visits and corrections, and we ended up putting the finishing touches on ourselves.

From the first phone call and design consultation with Lauren, the care and professionalism has been astounding! Their installation was professional and on time, and the installer was polite and was as discreet as possible during the installation process (I.E. he did work outside and installed inside while being as quiet and out of the way as possible. The installer had over 20 years experience. This installation was a breeze). The last thing to mention is the quality of the final product. It is fantastic and just as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I contracted them to install Laundry Room Cabinets and custom cabinets out of which to run a home-based craft business. I met with and corresponded via e-mail extensively with the salesperson to make sure every detail was addressed. He told me that he was a professional and he would make sure everything was installed to my specifications. The installation was supposed to begin on November 1 and take 2 days to complete. It actually took over a month before it was finished. From the very beginning of this installation, there was one problem after another and one excuse after another. The installer
