Everyone I came in contact with was responsive, friendly and professional. Shawn was great at helping come up with design ideas for my small front and side yard redo. The crew was organized, showed up on time, worked efficiently together and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. They made sure the street and drive were protected from supplies and materials.

We had an awesome experience with AAA! The pictures do not do this project justice! The bottom line is that the crew is legit. These are the nicest guys that just want to help make your house better. I was most impressed with how fluid and accommodating everyone was when things changed. We had an unexpected hiccup and AAA took it in stride. These guys are pros looking out for your best interest at all times. The scheduling and legitistics were seemless. These guys came highly recommended to me and I can see why. We cannot say enough positive things about AAA. The program manager who they assigned to our large landscaping job was incredible. Although we had approved a basic design for the landscaping of our entire back yard changes were made to meet our desires. Estimates were given for adding a putting green and installing artificial turf, and those were the prices we paid. We feel that AAA created a landscaping of our back yard, including an extended lower deck, that is worthy of winning an award.

We recently had AAA do our front yard and couldn't be happier. Carlos was the one that did the actual work and he was a pleasure to work with. Very hard worker and did a great job. What we appreciated the most was the Shawn gave us a proposal and he stuck to it...which is very rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend!

Shawn and his crew are great!! Loving the backyard renovations. First time ever that I have been able to sit in my backyard and relax while enjoying the surroundings. It would've been a steal at twice the price for the level of quality and professionalism we received.
We will be utilizing their services when it's time for the front yard to be done and adding a deck and more pavers to the back yard. Shawn was on point, on time and on budget. You hardly get all of those all at one time these days. Thanks again guys, you rock!!!

We had a maintenance contract several years ago and were pleased for the most part. Recently we called for a quote (2x - talked to receptionist once and left a voicemail after not hearing back) and have not had a response... ever. This was several months ago. My guess is that the job was too small but still - you call customers back.

We recently had AAA Landscaping redo our backyard. Shawn Sousa, the owner, did a fantastic job from the beginning until the end of the project. He is very knowledgable and professional. They completed the job in a timely fashion and were on time everyday. We are completely satisfied and love our new backyard! I would highly recommend AAA Landscaping!

We found this company on yelp. Initially the owner came out and was very professional getting the project started. Once the project started he was never to be seen or heard of.
We had pavers and artificial grass placed in our backyard. A couple of months later the pavers and sealers cracked significantly.
We attempted many times to reach out to him. He was very difficult to contact. He finally contacted us and said he was out on vacation. He came out and fixed the problem. The same thing happened again but even worse. We still haven't heard back from him.

Recently chose AAA Landscaping to care for my lawn. I have been impressed with their work so far. They have done a great job of maintaining my lawn while keeping everything neat and tidy. Shawn and Kaylana came up with a great design for my back yard. They listened to what I wanted and put a lot of effort into getting the exact plants that I wanted, as well as the hardscape. The first time I met Shawn, I was impressed with the variety of knowledge he had about all the latest irrigation methods, lighting products and décor items. I am a general engineering, building, and plumbing contractor in San Luis Obispo County. I use AAA for landscape maintenance at my home and I refer them regularly. I have found that Shawn is an exceptionally good manger and has an adherence to quality that I have not found paralleled in the county. I have known and used Shawn for almost ten years and I can confidently say I can trust him to do a quality job and manage his crew effectively and efficiently. I rarely refer contractors because I have been disappointed in the past with the way they made me look. Not so with Shawn and AAA Landscaping

May 2013 we contacted Shawn at AAA landscaping to work on our backyard. I don't think they expected everything that ended up needing to be done. It was quite the undertaking and they never ONCE backed away from it and tackled it like the professionals they are. We had roots that our roots didn't even know we had, damn sucker trees LOL! We have a beautiful backyard that has DG, bricks around our fire pit, synthetic turf that is incredibly pet friendly and so easy to care for, a new fence and just a relaxing calm place to enjoy chilling with family and friends for bbq'ing..

Great local business. They were able to work with me on my budget to get our yard in shape. Work was done timely and efficiently. Owner came out a few times to help get us acquainted with the new irrigation system and fix our pressure issues.
