The attention to detail is unmatched. My previously not so appealing oak cabinets are now bright white and look like I bought them brand new. Did not feel like I needed to have my ceilings painted, but following his advice, it made SUCH a difference and made the space look much bigger and more spacious. Over the years, Mike and his team have done numerous jobs for my husband and I and I wouldn't recommend any other painter to my family, friends and clients. He's done everything from coordinating a team of contractors to do a complete renovation of our finished lower level after we experienced extensive water damage, to annual interior painting jobs. He also handles all of our apartment turnovers, which can be a challenge in August during the student housing turnover. Mike is a true professional. You won't be disappointed if you choose him for any of your painting needs!

I have been using McGarrity Painting since 2008. He is the only painter I use on my home. I have recommended him to countless clients and family members. He always does an amazing job that looks great. I seriously doubt there is better painter in Dane County. His pricing is very fair, essentially for what you get in the end. If you want cheap, don't use McGarry Paint, because his finished work looks priceless.

McGarrity Painting is a great painting contractor! Hands down the best I have used and I have used them for several projects and referred them to many friends, they never disappoint.
They have done everything from exterior work to major interior jobs for me at both my current home and my previous home. Not to mention painting (spraying)of an old oak kitchen that made it look like a brand new remodel at a fraction of the cost.

Mike, the owner of McGarrity Painting, and his crew did a great job prepping and painting the exterior of our two-story, cedar sided house. In addition to thoroughly scrapping the shingles, they also completed minor repair work (e.g., patching the soffits in several places and cutting and replacing a number of damaged shingles). They were detail oriented throughout the project and were invested in wanting us to be satisfied with the results.
