I had recently purchased within the day before a brand new washer and dryer through Rent-A-Center with a 6 months same as cash program. There was difficulties with setting up my washer drain hose and dryer vent… the Rent-A-Center didn't seem to want to handle that for me. Top notch repair service. My washing machine died. I called on Monday morning and left a message (the voicemail message is funny and light hearted too), and got a call back within a few hours. I spoke with Amanda who was professional and pleasant. We set up a time for an estimate look-see at my washer for the next day between 2-5 pm. Got a call at 2:40 on Tuesday that the repair tech was on the way. John arrived at 3:10 pm as promised. Pleasant and professional. He checked things out and showed me the damaged part. John is wonderful at his job. He has repaired my refrigerator in the past and I called this time to have the clothes dryer fixed. He was honest and told me he isn’t familiar with the type of dryer I have (vent-less). I have space constraints and it was the only one that would fit. However, he did clean a section of it that was yucky so I will see if that improves the performance of the dryer. Otherwise he advised I call the company that makes the dryer. Appreciated his integrity. I won’t hesitate to call again.

Great experience, called this morning and within less then then 20 mins a call back and window time for today! Within 5 mins could explain our prob and No charge for driving out. To tell us our 7 year old front loader washer, that we needed a new one and wasn’t worth the costly repairs! Highly recommend them, John you were great, totally honest with your knowledge and very kind!
