We hired them to move our bigger furniture the guys were friendly they moved quickly. They disassembled and reassembled items and placed them where they were going in our new place. Also the cost of the moving was fair price. Highly would recommend them.

Sara in the office was wonderful to work with. She estimated over the phone the number of hours we needed within 30 minutes. This was my first time using a moving company and I was behind on packing due to being 7 months pregnant.
When the moving guys showed up I was even more impressed. We had 3 guys, all where great, I unfortunately didn't get their names. They treated my items like it was their own, disassemble and reassembled everything wonderfully. Even in the midst of covid19 I felt safe letting these guys in my home.

I have used Bill's Moving twice and had recommended them to a friend prior to the second time I used them. However in the future, I will probably hire someone else. This latest move which cost me over $2000, was disappointing due to the following: at the end of the day the 5 man crew left 14 boxes in my garage rather than carrying them to the appropriate rooms inside---I didn't notice this until the next morning, I called and the dispatcher did send someone over to move them in the house. However, they sure were all standing in line to each receive a $20 tip. And then they had the nerve to leave

They are frauds! Unprofessional all the way, very rude! "managers" Bill &/or David refuse to talk to clients, they give improper quotes/estimates and have surprise upcharges left and right, the receptionist or whoever she is rude as hell! No way I'd ever recommended this place.. the foreman also gave wrong info and didnt fill out form correctly!
