DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST !! We unfortunately did not and we were stuck in the end. Customer service is almost non existent, nobody knows anything and when they say they are going to "look into your information and call you back" don't wait by your phone because you won't receive a call back. There's never a supervisor available to talk to or to call you back this has been a complete NIGHTMARE. we started the install in April of 2021 and just now went live with over 15 service calls later. Don't trust this company. THIS WAS OUR MISTAKE AND IT HAS BEEN THE WORST DECISION WE'VE EVER MADE.

I was contacted by a calling service representing Suntuity Solar today. After asking me to verify my address and my credit score I was transferred to an appointment specialist who worked directly for the company. When I ask if Suntuity Solar was an approved licensed contractor she told me that they were an approved contractor with Austin Energy. This is an outright lie. Suntuity Solar is not an approved or licensed installer for Austin Energy or any other energy provider that I can find in the State of Texas. She did say that they just started in Texas and have only been installing solar systems

It has been Over 1 Year since we started work with Suntuity and we still have not met a final inspection from our township. This was a system that was projected to turn on in May of 2021. Suntuity has been given Numerous lists to complete and has failed even to attempt to correct all of them. We even notified them that they were going to fail before the inspector came out and they

I had a great experience with Suntuity! Ken H was a very informative sales rep and was readily available through all phases of my project. My home was in dire need of a new roof and adding solar was something I wanted to do for a long time. I recently had a solar install completed at my home. Prior to the install, I had a sales person named Alvin Harris who signed me up for the service. I have since learned he is not with the company any longer. I was referred by a Ron McDowell who got me in touch with Mr. Harris. Mr. Harris was responsive and told me that as a part of the sale, I and Mr. McDowell would be receiving $500 after the install was completed, 6-8 weeks turn around time. To date, I have not received anything and nor has Mr. McDowell. in addition to a dropped solar panel from the roof and breaking my porch railing during

My 89 year old father contacted Suntuity to install solar in his home that he's lived in for over 50 years. This was back in May of 2021. It is now November 2021 and it is still not complete. We have over 100 feet of exposed pipe in trenches yet to be filled in. I've called several times to ask for updates, I've had to prod along the process as has my brothers. It's deplorable. I would NOT recommend this company to install your solar.

This company is the worst company I've ever had to deal with.. a salesman who will feed you whatever you want to hear to get a signature on the dotted line, after that, they screw you left and right. A project that we were told would take 3 mos start to finish took 6, half our panels don't work majority of the time, we now have a leak in our roof from the crappy workmanship of the roofers and just today, half of the ridge vent came flying off our roof during winds. Not to mention the countless delays, the numerous days off of work for this ordeal to be completed only to get rescheduled

We went with Suntuity due to the great service and confidence in the company that the salesmen had. He stated we would be able to have them come out fast and easily for anything we may need including new siding installation as we told him we would be doing this very soon after the initial solar installation, yet this has been far from the case. We are trying to get Suntuity out to just loosen the screws on their boxes from the exterior wall of our home as we are getting the new siding and having the old siding completely removed. Suntuity in my professional opinion deliveries what they promise. Tinh my solar consultant explained the process clearly. He provided other options that other companies never explained. The 3 contractors that performed the work at my house roofer, tree service and panel installer where top notch, showed up as scheduled, addressed my concerns and did excellent work. Now I’m just waiting on the Township and electric provider to do inspection to flip the switch. All within 2 months time. We are very excited. I highly recommend Suntuity if you are considering going solar.

Started the solar process in july of 2020. didnt start putting the solar until november and inspection was done in december. inspection didnt pass and they said they will send someone out to fix the what was failed. waited for atleast a month before i called to see what was going on with the process and when i called they didnt know about the failed inspection and there was a person from the company that was there when the inspection was done. they started already billing me for the solar when its not even on or producing and when i signed up they said the loan wont start until the project was

If I could have given this company "zero" stars I would. We signed with SUNTUITY SOLAR in August of 2020, our panels were installed in September along with an electrical panel upgrade. The first township inspection, failed. They were unable to produce the permit to the inspector as well as other electrical violations. They come back to fix the items that failed, and drill right through my cable line. No cable and my kids couldn't log into their classes. Had to now wait for Comcast to come and repair the line. I have talked to managers, installation, service, with no resolution

I am not one to immediately run to social media to provide commentary, but in this case, I felt that I absolutely needed to. I contracted with Suntuity this past August to install a Tesla battery backup system in my home. I have Solar Panels that were installed by another company, and I wanted to supplement with the battery backup. I was at first impressed with their timeliness during the sales process, as these things go, but the good service ended right after that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKED! I had multiple issues with this company over the past 5 months. First of all, we met with Craig Dotoli our solar salesman on June 20. He explained to us that it was approved for both of our trees to come down and 17 solar panels to be installed. Additionally, he explained to us that when they come to do the installation of our solar panels system they would upgrade the electric at no additional cost to us. We were told that the installation would be completed by the beginning of August.

With the best prices in the game, I don't know how anyone wouldn't go solar at this point in time - especially now. With lowering bills and bettering the planet - Suntuity is definitely the only solar company I would trust and would recommend for people who are thinking of making the switch!

I signed up for Solar and referred a neighbor. Had my solar installed in September and my neighbors in beginning of October. When I signed up was told that if I refer customers I will get $500 for referral. Great, so my neighbor signed up. In December I call to get up date of the check and was told I needed to fill out a form that I was never informed about which was frustrating but no problem. They told me it will take 6-8 weeks. A salesman emailed my mother a contract and asked her to pull it up on her phone so he could show it to her and explain everything. He took it upon himself to electronically sign for my father when he had her phone!!! He also lied about the pricing to her and when he explained it to me he was dishonest as well.
