In 1952, W.B. Humphreys purchased a branch of Stokes, renaming the business Carpet & Draperies. Mr. Humphreys, a WW2 veteran, was a hard worker who knew how to treat people! By the 1970's, business was flourishing. Mr. Humphreys built a name for the business based on new products, exceptional customer service, and top class flooring installations.
Sun Flooring takes pride in having the best tile, hardwood, LVT, and carpet installers in Mobile and Baldwin County. Didn’t even say hello when I walked in, absolutely terrible customer service. Rude condescending and lazy.
They said they would call me back with some options. Nothing. No contact so far.
If this is any indication of their work then it will be terrible. Don’t waste your time.
UPDATE: Yes, that is unacceptable, and my contact info was correct. It was confirmed before I left. You know what else is unacceptable? Fake reviews. Barely a whisper of reviews at your business for months at a time, then two bad reviews with full explanations. Then like magic, six 5 star reviews in a row!, five on

Sun Flooring did a great job on my condo at The Beach Club. The flooring looks great and the install went well. The entire experience with Leroy who communicated and kept in touch with me over the process, picking of product and quotes, the installation process, and closure could not have been more professional. I recommend Leroy and Sun Flooring.

Sun flooring mis-measured our rental apartment. As a result we had 4 full boxes of flooring left over. I tried to get sun flooring to take the boxes back and was essentially ignored with no relief, no refund. So as a result of their error we are out of a few hundred dollars. I do not recommend sun flooring their are better operators in our area.

I had used Sun Flooring a few years ago and they did a fabulous job. This spring I had them put in some vinyl plank flooring and it looks horrible. It was wavy and there were a couple of sizable lumps. I called them for 4 months trying to get them to fix a couple of lumps and they finally told me they wouldn't fix it. I was told they would fix things in the first year. They don't. I don't know what happened to this company but it has changed. Look elsewhere if you want the job done well!

I love my new floors! Sun gave me excellent service at a great price.
Byron and Leroy were very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation crew was wonderful. I was here working the whole time the job was being done. They were very respectful of my space and to me. I could not have asked for a better experience.
