Service 'tech' unable to do simple trouble shoot tasks.... ill equipped, & no parts or inventory in service truck..... Recalled A& B to trouble shoot problems with new installation... ( installer errors that should of been 'comp') and was billed for 4 hours @ $85.00 hr!
