Had glass shower doors installed and they are amazing. Jay and Shawn showed up right on time and went right to work. They did an incredible job and were meticulous about making sure everything was perfect. they cleaned all the glass and surrounding area when they were finished and left a perfect installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything having to do with glass. Great job guys.

These folks are the best. Needed cracked windshield replaced asap. Was getting dates a week out from places insurance company third party service was referring to, so I looked them up and saw their stellar reviews. And they were right down the street from me. Other referrals weren't even in the same town! They scheduled me the very next day, car was ready in less than 2 hours. They were as nice as could be. GREAT people, Great customer service. I'm sorry they'll be moving, but I'll still use them in future - but hope I won't need them!

Unfortunately driving down the road I got a huge crack in my windshield. A friend of mine suggested glass routes in Dover. Took my car to glass routes on Wednesday at 4:00 and they called me 20 minutes later and said my car was ready to be picked up. Friendly, fast, efficient! I was going to take it to Safelite and glass routes was $130 cheaper. I would highly recommend glass routes to anyone.

My front windshield needed to be replacement and I didn’t file through insurance. Called a few places to get quotes and had sticker stock with the markup of glass and install with companies like Safelite. When I called Glass Routes, it was obvious I was talking a small business and it felt more personal. I called the dealership where I purchased my car and asked if they use Glass Routes and they are one of their recommended vendors. Quote was great and reviews were good so I made an appointment. My experience with Glass Routes Co. was beyond excellent and will be returning for any future glass replacements or repairs. After my car windshield caught a rock, it was determined that it needed to be replaced. The cost estimate was spot on to the actual cost of replacement (actually $5 dollars cheaper), scheduling an appointment for the replacement was a breeze, and the shop finished 30 minutes ahead of schedule. My wife and I purchased our condo in September of 2017 and shortly after moving in, we noticed that most of the upper sashes of the windows were hazy and it would not wash off. My research showed that the seals had "given up" and the glass needed replacement. My condo association called Glass Routes to evaluate the problem and shortly thereafter, the glass was replaced in 10 windows. About 2 weeks ago, I broke a window. Went here for car windshield replacement. Wonderful customer service, Robin was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable through the process of scheduling the appointment, during the appointment, and finalizing everything. She even suggested that I use my comprehensive insurance to cover the replacement and without that tip I probably would not have even thought of that because not even the auto shop mentioned that! The service was also very efficient and took less time than expected!

Brought my Saab 9-3 to this shop based upon a recommendation for a body shop I have come to respect. Made the call and spoke with Robin who immediately makes you feel like you're going to be taken care of. Made an in-house appointment, everyone I spoke with was great, they even took the time to point out potential trouble areas in the future where chipped paint around the window have allowed some corrosion to happen. Unlike some of the national chains, Glass Routes primes any scrapes that occur when they remove the old window sealant to ensure their work doesn't contribute to any future

I can't say enough wonderful things about Glass Routes. I had a crack form in my windshield that continued to grow in size and I knew I had to get it replaced. Glass Routes was recommended to me by Bill Dube and I am so glad they were! They offered to go through everything with my insurance so that I did not have to, but unfortunately my insurance wasn't going to cover any costs for the repair because it did not meet my deductible. Glass Routes was very understanding and got me a quote, and it was $100 less than the predicted cost my insurance had given me! They were a pleasure to do

Had a cracked windshield and used Glass Routes to repair. They were friendly in quoting and making appointment. They took the car early and promised a two hour "job". There are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby to spend the time. Also the town library is close by. They called and said pick it up exactly two hours after they started. The windshield looks EXCELLENT.

After my daughters car was stolen and recovered with the thief still in the car, the police had to smash the window to get her out. I called Robin at glass routes and she got me my glass the same day. Great price, and as always, very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the guys down there. They've helped me out many times. No one else I'd even think about calling first.
