We are one of the largest pool renovators in the DFW Metroplex. We have specialized only in pool renovations for over 20 years. We have had the same owner and the same phone number since day one. Most of our competitors do pool service, pool building or retail and do renovations on the side. Not us.

We have contracted with Mark and Tru Blu over the past years for several pool repairs, some major as well as a complete pool re-plaster job last year and have nothing other to say except we made the right choice going with Mark and Tru Blu.
During the recent freeze our pool/spa heater failed and could not run pump.
I contacted Mark on a Friday concerning this and Mark met with me the next day.
Bottom line, Mark and Tru Blu are very competitive, reasonably priced, possesses professional knowledge in the field and are very responsive.
New heater was delivered, installed and pool was up and running

We used Tru Blue in 2010 to resurface our pool and our decking. I know what you're thinking, "why wait until now to write a review?" Immediately after TB resurfaced our pool, the main light and spa light were not working. We asked them to fix them and the owner told us it was impossible and that they tried. A few weeks later we got a guy to fix them no problem.
Within the first year or so we noticed discoloration of the plaster all over the shallow end. The plaster looked stained and worse than what we had prior to. Also within the first year we saw that the cool deck began cracking in places

Mark came out to do an estimate on our skimmer repair project within 24 hours of calling. He even came out on a Saturday, which was impressive. Our piping under our deck had a leak and we had to reroute a new pipeline underground from the skimmer around our property to the pool equipment. His partner, who came out to do the digging, completed the project in 3 days and our skimmer is now working great! My only complaint, and reason for a 4/5 star review, is that a mess was left in our backyard grass. None of the dug up grass was put back and flattened in place. I reached out to Mark the day the

Since our pool was off level by approximately 3 inches pulling one the skimmers out of the water, we had to do a total renovation. It was a huge and messy process, but Mark and his crew did a great job. Mark or his son were at the job site consistently inspecting the work. Now the pool is level and it looks great. We would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their pool.

We moved into the area this past summer and discovered that our pool had been "patched up" for cosmetics but had not been properly repaired and there were several leaks. We decided to completely renovate and called around to several companies. Only 2 responded to our calls. Mark came out the same day we called. He was very personable and patient with our many questions and concerns. Once we decided to go with them, they started work immediately, the week of Christmas! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I paid 12K to repair crack and re-plaster my pool. Six months after the crack came back due to them NOT doing the repair correctly. They also did not fully remove (sandblast) paint off and now the plaster has to be removed, sandblasted again and repair the crack correctly. I am facing another 30K in cost to fix what Mark did not do correctly!
