Joe was amazingly informative, helpful, and patient while the scope and scale of my home remodel changed. Obviously, I would strongly recommend against making changes during the construction process but it speaks well for Joe's ability to work in challenging circumstances and provide the best customer service.

Joe and his crew are the best. We've hired several contractors over the years, and we are so impressed with their work and fair rates. There are several projects Super Handyman Service has completed for us. The first was our garage remodel--it used to look like a boring, ugly garage, but once they were done it feels like we have a whole new living area in our home! I have known Joe for years, and have had him fix a variety of things. He is an experienced, professional handyman, and a licensed contractor, and I have learned that whatever problem I'm having, Joe will be able to advise me on the best solution. Joe is terrific! He handled a plethora of projects for us -- big and small. The biggest being the deck he designed and built for us and it looks wonderful. Joe is very responsive and professional, and he is very honest and pragmatic. He is a good communicator and required the best from his guys. His prices are not cheap, but they're not crazy either, they are fair. I highly recommend him for all sorts of projects.

I hired Super Handyman service to remodel the kitchen and bathroom and do some electric and a plumbing repipe in my little house. Their quote was mid range, but I was taken by the main guy, Joe's professional presence and in the end he gave me a break on pricing which I appreciated. The work went well. There were a few snags because the house in almost 100 years old, but the work took only 3 weeks in total. Since then Joe's come over for a couple small things. I have another contractor who won't do smll jobs. So I'm happy they do.

Joe was a really nice, respectful guy. I'd love to leave him a positive review but the renovation and installation work he did for us was really shoddy. Screws poking out, crooked cuts in wood, things out of alignment. Worst of all, in one instance something he installed was 100% a safety hazard and we had to have it re-done by someone else.
It gives me no joy to leave a negative review for Joe. There are a lot of positive reviews here, so perhaps we were an anomaly (he was really busy at the time and seemed very distracted). In all fairness his rates were very reasonable.

I can't believe there are any negative reviews here - Joe is amazing! Super helpful, reliable, prompt and very knowledgeable. He helped plaster and deal with bubbling wall in the bathroom, recaulk bathroom and kitchen, stabilize a leaning basin in the bathroom, uninstall and install a very difficult kitchen sink and now i have a bunch more projects i will be wanting him to execute! He even came on a Sunday to help out with an issue with my kitchen sink which was above and beyond. Wish i could give more stars.

If you are in need of a handyman, Joe is the man! It was my first time calling him to have some work done in our condo. He was polite and helpful on the phone and addressed any concerns I had. The day of the job he arrived on time and executed the task with care and ease. He was professional and courteous, knowledgeable and proficient. I should have left a review last year when the work was done. I have a craftsman house in West Adams and Super Handyman Service has taken care of it over the past 4 years. Last year his crew did a bathroom and kitchen remodel for me that we tried to keep with the original look as much as possible that was just lovely. I also had my electric and siding updated and a deck built in the back. The deck was built about 4 years ago. This guy is from the east coast and does good work and his crew is excellent and professional. I initially hired Joe because he is licensed and insured, a rarity among handymen

Gave me a really good quote for a simple job. Approx $200 for 2 hours to install a motion sensor light (with 20% material mark-up). I should have known he was not going to be reliable since I had to re-confirm the date and time of the install twice. The job was scheduled for 12/22 @ 1:00 pm. He did not show up or call. I called twice around 2:00 pm, phone just rang and I could not leave a message - how convenient. There are many reputable and skilled handyman (woman?) who do this for a living and rely on referrals. Do not waste your time with Super Handyman.

The CSLB found Super Handyman to be at fault and did not meet industry standards. His bond is a shady company to deal with as well. Do not use this service or if you do be prepared for bad work and extremely hard process to get any compensation from his unprofessional bond company. It's really that bad.

Joe is a really nice guy. He actually came out and did some work for me and we agreed to do more when he ordered a window. After several months he came out again to measure the window and then scheduled several appointments that he cancelled until finally the last one he didn't even bother to call or email.

Finding Joe and Super Handyman Service has been a Godsend. I needed to transform my bathroom and a new counter top in my kitchen as well as fix the cracks in the plaster of my beautiful 1905 Craftsman bungalow. Yes, the place needed some serious TLC and Super Handyman was there for the rescue.
Joe came in and gave me estimates as well as creative options. My budget had some constraints so Joe went back to the drawing board and helped me rethink what I had planned so that my budget would work. He's a no nonsense guy from New Hampshire and he is wonderfully direct as well

Joe was one of many handymen we had by the house to quote us on fencing in our front yard. He was definitely the nicest and easiest to talk to. His price was not the cheapest, but was not the most expensive either, not by a long shot. It was a fair and reasonable price and I believe you get what you pay for, so we went with Joe. He finished the job exactly as he said he would. The fence looks beautiful. He was always available via text or a phone call. I really felt like he wanted our fence to turn out well. I called Joe up to help me with my own project a few weeks ago. He just finished a grueling project of hanging over 60 pictures in my gallery loft, painting, assembling furniture- all with a smile, some whistling, fun conversation and of course a smile.

I used this company quite some time ago and never left a review, so sorry guys and since I did a review of the hardware store where I bought stuff for my house, maybe I should do a review of the guy who installed it. Joe was great to work with. He came out, gave me an estimate and we chatted a bit and I really enjoyed talking to this knowledgeable guy, We made an appointment to do some woodwork and minor repairs around the house.

I had an issue with my sink/garbage disposal and the heater in my living room. I emailed Joe and he got back to me right away and we scheduled an appointment. He was on time, professional, and extremely helpful. He even took a trip to a hardware store to get a piece he needed. Price was fair and I would use him again.
