I had an old copper pipe that sprung a bunch of pinhole leaks. I used the instant messenger app and I received a return call right away. They set me up with an appointment for the following afternoon. The plumber showed up as expected in the afternoon. He talked to me about what needed to be done and gave me a price up front so there were no surprises. He took about 1/2 hour to fix everything and cleaned up the area when completed. I would highly recommend them!!

Outstanding work...my home is definitely not easy to work on being built in 1750. "Modern" plumbing was added about 1850 and updated somewhat around 1930. So, valves aren't exactly immediately replaceable, pipes are not quite industry standard, and job time estimates are greatly off...the guys took each challenge in stride and ended up doing a great job and stood by the original estimate. Well done, and appreciated.

I woke up to no hot water. Even though it is summer I NEED my hot showers so I called ETG. They came out the same day! Turns out I needed a heating element. They had one in their truck. I couldn’t be happier. I had hot water back in just a few hours from it being out. I highly recommend them they were speedy with good quality and great professionalism. Will be using them in the future whenever needed.

When I couldn’t get an answer from any local businesses I could count on E.T.G. The lady over the phone was very sweet and very prompt . Eric showed up the next day and diagnosed the issue, unfortunately I needed a new water heater. They explained the problem was fixable but it would only be a temporary fix, and it was best to replace it. The guys were in and out within that same week. Very professional and honest. Thank you!

My central ac stopped working so I called ETG and Eric came out the same day. They showed up a little earlier than they had said which was greatly appreciated. My AC unit had to be replaced. Eric got on the phone right away to get me a new unit. Unfortunately it had to be shipped from the manufacturer which is understandable the warehouse didn’t have them in stock. Eric and his crew set me up with some pretty big fans to use until the unit came in. Two days later the unit was delivered at 8:30 am. Eric was already at my place. Him and his crew worked without a break to get my new unit installed

Reede and Eric are wonderful! Very professional and prompt they responded to an emergency call within 15 minutes and had the problem resolved before leaving! A few days later Eric returned to replace our septic pump after it got flushed again. Very prompt and professional! Great service all around very professional and knowledgeable! We will definitely use them in the future for all our plumbing and heating needs. We highly recommend them!
