We had minimal insulation in our over 100 year old house. When the wind started blowing from the north and I was sitting on the couch, i cou

Enter Zero Draft.. after a walkabout the house Joe told us what needed to e done.(which we already knew)
We signed up for attic, walls and basement insulation. It was a bit pricey but was way past due.
The crews that came out were EXCELLENT!!! everyone of them. They were polite, courteous and extremely hard workers.
They cleaned up everything going beyond the basics. What an asset to the company. The crawl space was extremely

Our family Had an Energy audit, foam insulation and new window installation
All in all the project went okay.
However, There is a lack of communication from the company to the customer.
Foam Insulation
Before the first employee was on the job I stated I was not available on a certain date so no work could be done. When work started I informed the employee no work could be done on that date.The employee showed up on that date and was a little perturbed because my DISABLED wife would not let him in.
Prep mans part of work.
Part of the job was to move a bathroom vent exhaust that vented into attic
All in all the project went okay.

I had a extremely satisfying experience with Zerodraft of CNY today. Tommy, the tech could not of been more experienced and concerned with my problem. He took his time and explained it all to me and assured me it would be fixed. He was on time, did his job, and left with a smile saying if I needed anything else call Amber and she would get the message to him. I was so impressed by his concern for me I called Amber and set up a appointment for a yearly check up. She is one of the best representatives the company could have, always seems to have a smile in her voice. So, I will have the pleasure
