The owner Steve came out to take a look at a job. they have promised to send a quote 4 times. After waiting weeks they never got back to me even though they knew my window was boarded up. I eventually had to hire a different company and still haven't heard back from these people. I do not recommend doing business with them. The owner was very rude for no reason.

We ordered a large, custom sized vanity mirror from Davis. The price was reasonable and turnaround time was fast. I was ready to give a 5-star review until we noticed a small crack in the corner of the mirror after we installed it. Buyer beware, they will not repair or replace after the mirror leaves the lot so inspect your glass thoroughly before driving away.

I ordered window screen from Davis. The young guy came to measure the screens and took channel balance for us was quite friendly and helpful. But then after we got the screens we found the screens were loose and one side curved up if you put them on the floor. I didn't notice that and I asked them to make two channel balance. They did not want to bring them back to me this time but asked me to pick up from their store. So I brought in a loose screen with me and see if they can do something with it. Had an excellent experience with Davis Glass & Screen. We accidentally broke a window in our 3 seasons room. We had them come out and quote the glass and all new screens. The glass was tempered and took a couple weeks to come in; they then installed the glass, took our screens with them and came back in just a few days with them complete. Very impressive turnaround time on everything. Plus, there is still a wear a mask order in Michigan and I appreciate their teams concern for everyone's safety. No other contractor we have worked with during this period has bothered.

I recently built a new home and Davis Glass did a fantastic job at the best price. Highly recommend this company. I believe the cleaners scratched a mirror and Davis came to the rescue without hesitation. Proof there are still caring business men/women still out there.
