Unfortunately I’m having a terrible customer service experience with this company. I ordered two door back in early august 2021and I still have not received my order. I was told the first or second week of November 2021 for delivery. I have called left voicemails, texted, and emailed this places countless times and no one picks up. I can’t even get a refund for the doors I paid for or cancel with them! Don’t know why the number online just rings and goes to voicemail.

From the sales team to the delivery the service was awesome. Each step of the way was met by professionalism from all that I had contact with for my project. The project involved replacing an old wooden exterior door and a security front door. I must give special credit to the guy that gave the product information. He was very knowledgeable.
