We are currently under contract with Bel-Aire Home Improvement and are very dissapointed with the service we have received to date. We had a tree fall on our house and had extensive damage.
There have been quality issues and communication issues. Examples:
1) We were told a few months back that the replacement window and door were ordered (exact same ones so they would match the other windows). Fast forward to last week when we asked about the status of the window and door, now they aren't able to find the same ones and asked if another color would be acceptable.
