Well I went in to get a key made for my BMW, They took all my information, license, proof of ownership etc and told me they would call me, but I never heard back from them... I even called them back a few times with no answer.. The place is nice and I have no complaints about how I was treated but I guess I got lost in the paperwork somewhere

Called this company last Friday evening at 5:33. Spoke to a man that told me he would come and to be on the lookout for him. He said he would charge me $75. I was parked outside of Good 'Ole Boys BBQ on Stemley Bridge road. He said he knew the place.
Stood there for two hours waiting. He never showed.
Bad bad business. I would give zero stars if I could.
