I have been documenting my attempts for 2 years to get someone out to fix a crack in my driveway that formed less than a year after they paved it.
I’ve been told multiple times that someone would be out to make the repair. To this day it’s still there and no one attempts to respond to the emails anymore.
I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews but they left me no choice. Way too many options out there for paving to deal with their terrible customer service and complacency when it come to upholding the warranty. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
