Excellent service for my windshield replacement. They handled my insurance claim beautifully, which required several back and forth phone calls to get right. They said I'd be in and out in about an hour, which was true! Start to finish in three days - even though the glass needed to be sourced from Nissan. Great job!

This is the best place to have your sunroof replaced! We had our sunroof replaced last week and this company was great. I enjoyed all my conversations with Kristie at the front desk...she was great before I even went in for the actual service. They got our car in and out fast...and never complained about all the gorilla tape we had used to secure our sunroof before it was replaced.

I needed a windshield replaced on my truck and they were able to get me in the next day. The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. The technician who replaced my windshield ran into some issues but took some pictures, explained the issue and let me know how they were going to resolve it. We called around for pricing and this place was the best. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I lost a basement door glass due to a bird. I got an estimate from a competitor (just call around) and it was $758.70 installed. I called Blue Ridge Glass and Metal and Jim gave me a price of $325 for the unit, and gave me tips on installation. Exactly what I needed. 20 minutes after getting it home, I was done! Thanks Jim! I will be using you exclusively for home and auto glass from now on!

I'm from Montana and we use rocks on the road in winter. I replace 4 windshields a year. I would use the national chain and for every vehicle, someone in my family would wait for 3-4 hours. I was in and out of Blue Ridge Glass in an hour. Wish I could bring all the vehicles out to use them. Staff is helpful, friendly and do a really nice job!

I had a Jeep Wrangler with a broken windshield and some wiring issues that wouldn’t start. I called around trying to find the best deal on a tech that could come to us to replace the windshield. Not only did Blueridge have the best price (no extra fee to come to my house since I was within the city) but they had a windshield in stock and were at my house less than 4 hours after I called and spoke to them. The tech was very friendly (even my dog liked him and she usually barks at everyone lol) and explained if it started to rain he may have to come back the next day to do it but he got it done

I had a windshield replaced about a year and a half ago, and thought the service was great. However, I wrecked that car, and decided it was time for a DIY removal of the windshield, to put into another of the same model that I bought. (It had a cracked windshield.) When I started removing the windshield that these people had installed, I found they had done a VERY poor job. Most of the right edge and bottom edge was NOT glued in place. I could see daylight where solid sealant should have been! There was only about 3 inches, total, securing the right edge, and perhaps 8 inches securing the

These guys saved my holiday weekend.
On my way out of town on Friday of a holiday weekend, I caught a large rock in the center of my windshield. It wasn't a through-hole, but it was a very large break that would get me pulled over. I stopped near Front Royal to made a few calls to see if anyone nearby could make the repair. The big franchise folks and dealerships within an hour's drive couldn't help me until Tuesday after the holiday.
I called a local repair shop in Front Royal who said "I think I know a guy - let me text you his number", and within 2 minutes Winchester

I had called around and Winchester auto glass ended up being one of the cheapest places around to replace my windshield, and I called a lot of places. I called and the lady that answered the phone was very very friendly very professional and was able to get me in for an appointment the next morning. Upon arriving I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, The owner Jim Took my car back immediately, I waited it took about 40- 45 minutes to replace. He did an amazing job and was very friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. They definitely made it a hassle

Very happy with my three experiences at Winchester Auto Glass. First they replaced my windshield which developed a crack after a branch fell on it while parked on the street so I could pass inspection. They were quick and competitvely priced, and being across the street from where I get my mechanical work done they were also convenient. They also replaced a side mirror that was damaged in a parking garage. Again, they were able to find an inexpensive replacement and install it with no problems. Finally and most importantly, they were able to fix the rear window in my wife's convertible Volkswagen
