This company is the worst. Our insurance company even recommended them to have our roof, siding and gutters done. We had our roof, siding and gutters done about 5 years ago. They workers left their lunch mess all over our yard and our dogs kept finding chicken bones from wings everywhere, they damaged both our outside water spickets, and we were finding nails all over the place after they had finished the job, and to top it off they way over ordered materials for our house and they gave us 1 piece of siding and 1 pack of shingles. So they charged the insurance for all those materials and never

I few years ago when we had a hail storm, I had them put a new roof on. I was happy. They got it done and got the insurance payment. Forward to this week. I sent them a note regarding some damage to my roof due to a wind storm that blew off on the rig vents. I didn't hear anything, so I called. Before I could explain, the person on the phone told me that they weren't taking on new clients, I told her that was an old client. She looked it up and to,d me that there only a 2 year warranty. I asked if I had mentioned warranty, which I hadn't. Then she said that they weren't taking on new clients. I

Had to micro manage the whole project and fight for my prices I was guaranteed at the beginning. Took forever to speak with someone who had any control over the project and even had to have them fix things that were wrongly done or ordered multiple times. Horrible experience. Would never recommend and actively tell friends needing work done not to go here.

I would highly recommend CAT Contracting to everyone. I met with 4 contractors to have my hail damage repaired. My CAT rep completed a thorough inspection and presented a very professional report. He then provided documentation to my insurance company and my roof and siding were paid for. They were much more knowledgeable and detail-oriented than the other companies I met with. The crews they used were excellent, and they are the only company I have seen use safety equipment. I would encourage anyone dealing with storm damage or needing new roofs or siding to use them.
