Very friendly man, he introduced himself to me when he was fixing my neighbors garage door. I told him I was having issues for a year and one month later, my garage coils broke. He was very prompt, fixed it same day, no issues. It's so quiet now, like a brand new garage door opener, doesn't shake my house anymore. Highly reccomended
