In the years prior to id.3's inception, Shannon forged long lasting relationships with the area's leading architects, contractors, & subs. Along with her technical & aesthetic design knowledge, Shannon brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in the construction trades as well.

We create full interior design construction packages and manage projects from conception to completion through our knowledge, experience, & established relationships with architects, contractors, engineers, & other leaders in the industry. Our technology allows us to work seamlessly with different clients worldwide.
These models & renderings allow our clients to see what aspects of their project look like. These tools can be especially useful for anyone who may have difficulty with visualizing items from 2D drawings. While not exact replicas, & while facets of a project may change from the time of an original rendering, this gives a great platform to start your dream project from.
