DO NOT USE AUSTIN'S SAFE STORAGE. Initially, this was a clean, convenient and affordable storage facility to use. We made our payments in a timely manner over the phone, and didn't have a problem. Then, we started having an issue when we wanted to get our belongings out of storage. The father HAD to be there in order for us to get into our unit because the lock was changed without us knowing. Then, when we needed to get a uhaul to get our things out of storage, the father was the only one who could rent out the uhaul we needed. He left the facility for the day, without letting us know, after he
