Our company founder Jim built a new garage and called to get new gutters put on. He was told it would take 3 months to get an estimate and they told him it would take another 8 months to complete the job. Perplexed, Jim believed not only that he could do it faster, but he also saw the value in building a company that put the customer's timetable and needs first.

Q: How long will you honor your estimates? A: Our usual estimate is for 30 days, but if it's a big job we will hold the price for 90 days. Q: Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee? A: 100% workmanship warranty, if there is an issue with the corners leaking or and end cap leaking etc. we will come out and fix it for free for a full year.

We had our gutters and gutter guards ripped off or damaged from the crazy North Bend Snowstorm this winter. We got three quotes and JS was the least expensive and offered a unique solution to help prevent ice and snow gutter damage from our metal roof and keep debris out. The installation is very nice. My only issue is that they seem to be very busy, but we weren't in a hurry so that was ok and well worth the wait.

Contractor installed our gutters 3 years ago. The rear gutter is already falling off the house and the front two gutters we realized they installed at the wrong angle. They slope away from the downspout instead of towards it. Tried working with the contractor to have them correct their mistakes but they have no interest in fixing their mistakes. They only keep saying they will come out if I pay a $400 minimum trip charge. NO thank you. Stay away from these guys!

These guys are awesome! Professional and very friendly. I am not sure why the previous reviewer had such issues, but seeing(in their review) that there gutters were installed in 2011 and the review hadn't been posted until 2013, I guess it was out of warranty to be fixed for free. Their warranty is a year, they definitely stand behind their work. Very happy!!

Worst gutter installer in the world
I had gutter installed by this company in year 2011.
My gutter started leaking after six months including down spouts all this product was manufactured by their own company.
very expensive labor this people charge they do not do any crappy job less then $400.
they had installed gutter wrong so it was holding water plus leaking behind gutter when even it rain little.
I called them for this issue they said we do not cover this because its been year so I have them change my down spout got charged $150 to just change two down spout.
leaking issue remain mystery for
