What's the purpose of the BBB they dont take you serious with spam or scam issues. They government doesnt care and the attorney general is getting rich behind it. She files lawsuits for the people and no one receives a dime. They allow theae things to happen to the American people and dont care. They are employed to rob people all government officials are in on it.

Poor communication. Worst Service in the world. Their service is pointless. Outdated and irrelevant. Do people still put their trust in the BBB to determine whether or not to do business with a company? HAHAHA! They don't even know how to run their own business. They hold Companies hostage until they pay for accreditation! If you dont reply to their requests they they give you an F rating. Don't trust their ratings, all lies; They are not based on any facts.

I've never worked with the BBB, but in a case with a business that didn't follow through with their end of an agreement I had no option but to try them out.
After filling out the online forms, I was concerned soon after to read that the case has been closed, that the business that I made my complaint about had made "all reasonable effort to address the consumers issues", (my issues) I have no clue what that means, all I can think of is that the business called them and was more able to explain their side of the story, mixing in half truths (based on my recent dealings with them I've come to realize

I've been a member of BBB at both StanleyJewelers Gemologist and my new business, Laura Stanley Personal Jeweler. Stanley's was a founding member of the BBB in Arkansas, so I have a long history of loving what the BBB stands for and does. One of the best services is in resolving customer complaints. Another great thing it does is let our customers know what kind of service and quality we offer. I love the BBB!!

I am trying to reach Celesia who works at the BBQ in AR. Spoke to her earlier about a company I want to file a complaint against. I was told to call the "home office", given the phone #, and I called. THERE IS NO HOME OFFICE PHONE. EVERYTHING WENT TO A CALL CENTER IN OHIO .
The young lady proceeded to argue with me about my "bill", and finally decided I would be sent to a collection agency for non-payment, for something I didn't have.
I am now so upset I feel like crying/throwing up. These idiots are going to ruin my credit rating, based on false information. I AM NOT PAYING ANOTHER PENNY TO

I just recently called the BBB, and the Hour's of Operations is wrong! Because, when I call them, they gave me a different Hour's, of Operations. Please, tell me, how they could have one Hour's of Operations, on their Website, but, have another one on the Phone calls? Please, fixs this message, sothat, we can know the difference between the two Hour's?
