The installation was flawless, by the friendliest crew you could imagine. Receiving AEP bills is no longer painful, with zero due 7 or 8 months a year in a total electric home.
Bad cell/WiFi service has resulted in need for some follow-up regarding the monitoring system, but assistance has been very prompt.
Gary, Don, and everyone else at ARP are topnotch.

They cannot be trusted. They have the worst level of support / service I have ever experienced. We have been trying for a month to get repairs on a couple of solar panels. They have scheduled an appointment 5 times and 5 times have not showed up. It had gotten to the point where I had to reach out the day before to confirm they were still going to show up. Then, I had to contact them the day of when they “missed” each appointment and no one showed up. If you try calling the phone number on the website, no one answers, and you cannot leave a voicemail because the “voicemail box is full”

ARP installed a 10kW array at my home in Washington County, Ohio. The process from start to finish went smoothly and the end product is excellent. Everyone I have interacted with at ARP has been friendly, helpful and professional. If you are looking into installing a solar power system, you will be hard pressed to beat ARP.
As a side note, I received estimates from five solar companies. Four of them were within a couple hundred dollars - one was very high. ARP's quoted price was actually the lowest. That was not the deciding factor, but it didn't hurt either!

From start to finish an outstanding crew and product. The team did two installs for us over three days. At both sites the work was done carefully and completely cleaned up. Our ground install used their minimally invasive pole drilling and they worked hard to avoid all of our plants. The price we were given was exact, and well under other installers. If you are doing solar, this is simply the best crew to consider. (By the way, I also listened in and watched them at work. It was great to hear the more senior team members teaching the newer staff all sorts of skills.) They are finishing today and

We had 19 solar panels installed last November (2018) . When I wake up in the morning and see the light outside, I think "I've already done something good today." I sure like saving energy , saving trees, and cutting my electric bill. The ARP solar workers were great and did a wonderful job.

After contacting the larger solar installers in the area I decided to go with ARP and could not have been happier. Not only was he able to give me a quote in a timely manner. He was able to augment the original system for future expansion, possible battery backup and generator tie in, Something other installers said they would not or could not do. I felt that having Gary, the owner of the company, on site, doing the sight survey and having him available and willing to make last minute changes was invaluable. The installation only take two and half days and my wife and I could not be happier. Knowing
