I called to have a keyfob programmed. The lady was rude and said it was $75 even if it doesn't work because I didn't buy the key from her. Even though I'm betting I got it from the same place, just without her markup. I'm sorry. But no. If you fail to deliver your promised product you don't charge for it.
Honestly after that phone call I'll throw the fob in the garbage before I give her $75 for potentially nothing. OR spend more money with a competitor who WON'T charge if they fail to deliver.

Cut off our locks on our rented storage unit "by accident". We were notified by Roscoe U Haul. We live 1500 miles away. They did not have any authority to be on the premises according to U Haul. This happened to BOTH our units, a year apart. Very suspicious. We do not recommend!!!!!

My ignition key stopped working due to 17 years of wear. After a series of dealers' and other locksmiths' outrageously expensive quotes, Lucky Lock made a new key, from the VIN information, at a very reasonable cost!

When that key didn't work, the locksmith came to where the car was, corrected the problem, gave me a spare at no charge and did not charge me for time and travel due to their mistake!!. In other words the problem was quickly corrected without any fuss or additional cost!!

Have utilized Lucky Lock services for years. Have locked myself out a few times. They retrofitted an outside lockable lock for a sliding door. Etc.

Learned something recently, though. Do not ever have keys made anywhere but here. (Hardware store does a good job, but not even close to Lucky Lock.) Had had some made by another store, then lost all the originals. Was locked out and could not get back into the garage door (the only accessible door then).

Returned to other store several times. They basically said they had done what they could. Then what? Had Lucky Lock remake keys. Had to
