I’ve had my townhouse since the 90’s and my sliders were a hot mess, they never worked properly never glided like so many other peoples. I got Brite Concepts from my local neighborhood magazine and boy am I glad I did. My doors now glide with one finger! I’m still in awe how well these doors work now. Can't believe the muscles I've built up over the last 2 weeks trying to open and close my sliding glass door. It was terrible. But Cameron and Travis came to the rescue today. In one hour the door tracks were cleaned and the door had new rollers. To be honest, the price was less than expected. They were especially polite and great to work with. Do not hesitate if you need work done on your sliding glass doors.

We hired another company to fix a slider door that was constantly getting stuck and wouldn't slide. They quit saying they couldn't fix it, and left the door in shambles. Since we are new in the area, we reached out to neighbors and they recommended Brite Concepts. Even though they didn't have an opening till late in the month, they called us the next day saying they could stop by. Had the door fixed in less than a half hour and at a great price! Can't say enough good things about this company. Lesson learned...go by reptutation/recommendations and not an advertisement in a business mailer. Call
