Excellent tree service. They came to take down a large blue spruce (out of a very tricky spot) and did a fantastic job. They were very meticulous about everything. You can’t even tell there was a giant crane in my yard and everything was cleaned up nicely! Thanks guys!

Got a quote from 8 different companies for removal of three trees and Justin's was the lowest. Have had trees removed by other companies in the past but decided to try Justin despite the so-so reviews on Google.
I ended up only removing two trees and everything worked out fine in terms of the actual removal.
The main reason for docking a star is poor communication. I initially got a quote from Justin in November and then didn't hear from him until late December after signing a quote and sending it back to him. I had to email him once to see if he was still interested and even ended up scheduling

My initial experience with this company and it was excellent. Had many large tree limbs down from the recent storms. The crew was on site within a day of my initial call, got rid of all the limbs, raked all work areas and even used a leaf blower to clean up the street around the chipper. Reasonable rate as well. Highly recommended.

I had a large tree removed in my front yard last fall, which went well. However, this spring after removing all of the excess wood chips, we noticed that the stump was not completely removed (as requested). For the last 3 months, we've been asking for the balance of the stump to be removed. It's still not done. Really disappointing. I understand it may take a few weeks to get this fixed, but 3 months is completely unacceptable.
