IG: Insulated Glass Unit (aka dual/double-glazed): consists of two pieces of glass separated by a spacer and sealed together. 2. Low-e coating failure: as windows age, the Low-e coating on the inside surface of the glass may also start to deteriorate. It will often look as though there are moldy dark spots on the inside of the glass.

I am a repeat customer using Western Glass. I had screens repaired before selling my old house. The work was done quickly and professionally. When I moved into my 35 yr old condo I found a few windows that were not functioning. Violet in the front office made sure the parts were ordered immediately. And when it came time to effect the repairs, it was done in a timely fashion. My old windows really need to be replaced but Western Glass did their best to fix the windows and make them function properly until I can afford to replace. I love these people! They are hard working, efficient, and are not

Had this company order and install Milgard windows for us and it was overall a great experience. Took about a week for 15 windows and a sliding glass door. Some dust in the house, but nothing an hour of cleaning couldn't handle. The crew who installed it, I totally forget their names, were very polite and courteous. The foreman was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to work around us and give us quiet and space during calls, as we work from home due to Covid. They had the best price in town, and the fact Milgard comes with a lifetime warranty means they can't be beat. Would recommend

I had an old camper trailer I bought and needed the glass replaced. I called around and got blown off essentially by two other glass companies in town. I called these guys and they got me in right away and had my glass replaced in less than 2 days. They were incredibly friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend them over Bozeman Glass or Glass Doctor.

Unbelievably bad. HOW are these guys still in business? We have been trying to get our (PAID) windows replaced in the house since June 2016. Shawn is so rude - eye rolling, curt, lazy, doesn't return phone calls or emails, etc. They have our money and yet month after month rolls by... nothing.
About once every 3 months they'll send a guy out after a dozen or so phone calls and they do things like clean the windows?! They left silicone all over the frames so the stain is patchy. The stain does not match the house. The wood detail in the window is chewed up and destroyed.

Prices are reasonable and the shop is a bit away from the madding crowd of downtown Bozeman, but well worth the journey. Needed a Plexiglass top for an antique metal outdoor patio table that was rectangular and Western Glass cut one for a perfect fit, first time. Thank you! Beautiful job. I'll be back!

Absolutely horrible. We spent tens of thousands of dollars for high end windows in our new home. We have had nothing but issues trying to get the correct handles, the right screens, help with warranty issues with the windows from Bill and the lady working at Western Glass. We have had no less than 25 phone conversations in the past 5 months with them.
We have been in the house for FOUR months now and the handles (that THEIR GUYS counted and ordered) are still not available....they ordered in SIX handles....when we needed SIXTEEN! When we called for the umpteenth time to check on them the lady

I got my lovely fiance a large piece of glass for the top of his desk, so I can put the vintage movie posters I buy him underneath and he can see it. The people here were super helpful in helping me pick out what I needed! They had the piece cut and ready to go that day, it was a great experience and the secretary is very nice!
