My storage was broken into a lot was taken. No apologies. Went to check on my storage there was no lock . T. V's, computers, tools just to name a few things gone. I asked why my lock was gone. She tried to tell me I took it off. All he could say was oh it must of been broken into. Recommend this place HELL NO
