My problem is his fee.
He quoted me $1000 per day.
Yes! ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. PER DAY.
He did not offer a half-day engagement and certainly did not do by-the-hour! Full-day only. $1000 only. This is utterly ridiculous for handyman services! I went with someone else.

This is my first Review, because I feel the need to voice my concern. There is no debate that Fred is a dedicated worker. He takes pride in his work and aims to satisfy his customers. However, my concern stems from the manner in which he charged me. I do not like surprises when it comes to my money & the work that is agreed upon. So, from the very beginning & after informing him what the problem was, I asked him what was the best & worst case cost scenario. He told me $250 best case, $500 worst case. We had multiple projects around the house that needed to be accomplished, and a few more for the future, and Fred is our "go to" guy! Part of our living room has 17 foot ceilings and the light fixtures are not the best quality so he had to use a ladder to exchange the bulbs out with LED ones. He has also completed a major painting project for us and has replaced most of our interior doors. Our home gets more beautiful every time he comes over! He is very honest and professional and goes above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the work he has done for
