I could not turn off the dryer mist and serious damage to my dryer and condo and below condo would have resulted if I hadn't turned off the main water supply but was left without any water. My lg fridge had broke down and I called expert and they was able to come out and help me fix and come up with a solution and was able to getvmy fridge cooling again. My tech Kenny was awesome and was able to get lg to cover the cost of the parts and the part I had to pay was cost effective and didn't break the bank.

I recently had Expert Appliance repair my Uline Ice Maker. I called them initially because our ice maker stopped working. The tech came out and told me that it was most likely due to a bad compressor and that the total cost would be $1200. The entire unit was about $2000, so I didn’t initially contact them to set up the repair. Several months went by and I finally read that Uline parts are covered under a 5 year warranty(never mentioned by first tech). I contacted Uline and they told me that Uline would need to order the part from them and then they would schedule the repair. Expert Appliance

Horrible professionalism. I would give zero stars, but had to give one. They said they were ordering the part, so I waited three weeks not drying my clothes, and never got a phone call. When I called three weeks later (thinking the part was coming in) they said the part was never even ordered. I paid $240 for a tech to come out and nothing was done at all. They dryer is still broken, and they never even ordered the part. I'm not using another business to finish the job. When I informed the lady of this, she was just fine knowing she lost a customer. So rude.

Expert Appliance Repair Service came to repair my washer and dryer twice and it's still having the same problem, along with lots scratches and dents all over the top of both the washer and dryer that were definitely NOT there before the first visit. Apparently, the repairman got up on top of both the washer and dryer and left dents and scratches. He says he didn't do that, but my daughter witnessed it and I myself saw him lying on them the second time he was here.
The only thing that's ever on top of the washer and dryer are clothes, towels and sheets, and they DON'T SCRATCH OR DENT things. I
