TVCS is owned by a big time developer of over a dozen subdivisions around the Treasure Valley and Utah. He doesn't disclose this info to your sub even though it is the right thing to do, but it's not required in Idaho like most states. In fact, it isn't even allowed for a developer to own the business that is used by a sub they are developing and managing their HOA funds let alone 65-75% of the HOA budget. Conflict of interest!
