It depends, we can give you rough idea but during service call we will give you an exact estimate before we get started on your project. Your manufacturer's warranty on the equipment will apply, we give you a one year warranty on our workmanship. We can actually repair all makes and models, but we specialize in Delta, American Standard, Kohler, Moen, Price Pfister, Valley, Mansifeld, Bradford White and service all makes of water heaters.

Tim has helped us with two jobs at our new home. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had a leak somewhere in our yard from the house to the street which is about .2 miles. He helped us find a company to find the leak accurately and then he fixed it quickly at a great price.
The second job is where we didn’t have a water valve shut off behind our fridge and had a new fridge delivered. We had just dry walled our basement ceiling and were not thrilled that we would have to cut a hole into the new ceiling. With Tim’s knowledge and experience, he measured and cut a hole in the ceiling
