Nearly four decades ago, Bruce Kincaid began a career in the construction industry that evolved throughout the years into the passion he now enjoys as a thriving business owner. Having started out as a General and Residential Contractor, the recession of the 80s forced Kincaid to reassess his vocation, which led to his career in excavation.

We dig out an oversized hole for your house, shop, building or barn that is level or graded if on a hill.
We install most types of systems including gravity, pressure distribution, sand filter, sand mound, and aerobic-many of which utilize sophisticated control panels with timed dosing. Today's septic systems offer numerous types and designs, ranging in cost anywhere from $4500 to $25,000 depending on the level of sophistication.
Kincaid Construction works alongside your general contractor to prepare your land for home development. Projects often start with demolition and clearing the land, which includes falling trees, burning or hauling debris, removing rubble, tree stumps and any other impediments that could hinder the development process.
