Kansas Spray Foam Insulation (KSFI) is a solutions provider for creating an efficient building envelope. KSFI professionally consults on projects for interior and exterior (roofing) spray polyurethane insulation foam (SPF) and specialty coatings, (thermal barrier, polyurea, acrylic, silicone, latex).

The building envelope efficiency enhances the savings in long-term costs of buildings and increases sustainability throughout the structure's lifetime. Polyurea protective coatings add an additional layer of protection to an existing SPF system. If you answer YES to any of the following questions, the insulation in your home may need to be updated!

Do you find yourself putting on extra clothes or wearing blankets while relaxing or sleeping?. Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) adheres to just about every traditional roofing material so it can be installed over concrete, wood, steel, and most existing roof systems. This saves on the expense of roof removal and landfill fees, and is considered to be more environmentally friendly.

You will find a lot of information on the internet about spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation. It has grown in popularity due to its many benefits and uses. This website is meant to educate the consumer on SPF insulation. Please refer to the list above or refer to our services tab for more specific information.
For decades, fiberglass insulation was the material of choice to insulate homes. Blown fiberglass was often used for the attic and fiberglass batts were used for wall cavities, ceilings, and pretty much everything else. But fiberglass only has an R-Value of 3-3.5 per inch. This will not stop air movement and does not work when wet.
Ice dams can be a major headache for homeowners during winter months, forming on sloped, or pitched, roofs when snow melts. Often caused by inadequate insulation in the attic space or under the roof, spray foam insulation can function as a comprehensive solution. The water that backs up behind the dam can leak into a home and cause damage to walls, ceilings, insulation, and other areas.

They spray foamed my shop house with closed cell on the walls and open cell on the ceilings and did a great job! They were very professional and keep to the schedule that they promised. I would recommend them to anyone that asked!

I am very happy with the results of spray foam. Kansas Spray Foam Insulation crew were kind, informative, and professional. Definitely a 5 star. I glad I went with foam instead of pole barn insulation.

I had the company do a spray foam in my unfinished basement to block out the sound from upstairs. Sound of movement on the top is reduced by 30-40% and sound from upstairs TV (volume turned on high with bass) is reduced to 70-80%. I was only able to hear the TV because of the basement door that leads upstairs. I am getting sheetrock placed in next week, which I believe will help out with the sound even more. Their price is great and all staff were very nice. Travis and another coworker were very friend and professional. They cleaned up very well when they were done that I couldn’t even tell that

Very pleased with the work from Kansas Spray Foam Insulation. They provided a 2 inch average depth closed cell spray on insulation to the underside of our roof and gables on our 40'×40' shop. Very impressed with the whole process. No worries of condensation from our metal roof as this was applied directly to the metal. Job well done! Thank you to Kevin and Vince.

Kansas Spray Foam sprayed my 48’ x 52’ pole barn with 2” close cell foam. There were some delays in arriving as scheduled, but the owner communicated the issues and kept me posted. In short, the project took a week longer than expected, but I was happy with the quality and the employees performing the work. For the most part, they prepped the site and tried to control overspray. All employees were respectful and left the place reasonably clean. Kansas Spray Foam is a good value for the cost, and I recommend them to my friends and family.

Kansas Spray foam insulated my rim joists, filled the houses cantilevered/overhang areas with open cell foam, covered the rim joist with closed cell and covered everything with a fire retardant. I appreciated that they where willing to spray both closed and open cell foam on a small job, instead of just mentioning that it would require cleaning tools and then not giving me a bid to do so(this is how the other two companies bid the work). The sales person, Vincent, gave me his number and then actually answered the phone. The foam easily sealed up the overhangs and I no longer smell the skunk and

The guys from Kansas Spray Foam Insulation, LLC came out Friday to lay down my first layer of insulation in the basement. I usually don't post much for businesses, but these guys were great. On time, no nonsense work, and it was cleaner when they left than when they got here. (my three laws from contractors - answer your phone, show up, and do what you said you were going to do for the money we agreed on) If you are thinking about it this winter, you'd do well to give Kevin or Vincent a call... I'll be using them for my next projects.
