Hill Roofing was hired by the home seller under contract amendment, after findings from inspection, before I purchased my home. Hill Roofing was paid $800 by the seller to replace a total of 4 roof pipe jacks, thus satisfying amendment. Later, one of the replaced jacks was found to be leaking, causing damage to home interior. Steve at Hill Roofing was contacted and notified of the leak. Steve declaired he'd subcontrscted another person named Buddy who completed the original pipe jack replacements, and it would be Buddy who would contact me and make the repairs, under warranty.
