Optimum remodeled my garage (initially a three-car garage with two load-bearing pillars/columns, which made it incredibly difficult to park and open doors). They did a fantastic job: working very strictly within structural engineering specs, and were on-time and professional. I felt very comfortable with their timeline and decisions. In addition to the internal remodeling, they were also able to merge two of the three single car garage ports. It's difficult to tell from the outside that it was ever remodeled from three doors to two doors.

I give this company buid my deck . But they built , quality of materials was low grade. Service was very poor , dishonest and disappointment. I have already issue and inform in person and called but not respond.Owner of company has attitude non-cooperative. I have not seen like this not professinal and iresponsible company. What I paid not worth at all for this company..I have not single word to say good for them.I had email them fix the issue but not come yet and not even respond . This company is one of wrose, horriable in my entire life.

We haven't had a kitchen or bathroom for over 7 months.
SEVEN MONTHS.
Demoed our kitchen and bathroom and then we waited about 5 MONTHS for cabinets to be installed (Is it normal to demo a kitchen when you know that cabinets are going to take several months to get in?)
We were told that everything should move quickly from there. About a month later we got an email stating that, not only have they are still looking for a countertop that we identified (even though they've had pictures for 5 months?) but the one they did find is going to cost 2000 more. Changed our countertops to granite because

My experience was truly horrible. The owner was dismissive, far from genuine , and simply mean after obtaining the job. I have done three home remodels with construction companies in two different states, and had never experienced anything close to this disappointment. They used all subcontractors for the project. The work that was completed was far from like it was done professionally, and while I was told they would continue to return for up to a year to fix any issues that had been observed—my messages went on to be ignored. I would keep researching further for an honest and genuine company

Its was a pleasure to work with Optimum on our basement remodeling project. Steve answered all our questions, even on the weekends. He worked with our budget to get the most out of the project. Our project manager Jason was on site everyday, previewing the work for that day and ensuring it was done correctly. He has a great eye for detail and offered suggestions that we hadn't thought of. His supervision ensure the project was completed within 4 weeks, even with several snow days. The crew arrived on time and worked through the day. We never had an issue wondering when the work would be completed

We had Optimum Construction build out an office in the front of our home and we could not be happier with the result! They also finished out the hardwood throughout the office and dining room. We were afraid that the wood could not be matched, but thanks to the efforts of Jason Kirk, our construction manager, he was able to track down the exact wood. They even came back out weeks after the job was wrapped up to hang our custom made barn doors! The entire team at Optimum is fantastic and we absolutely, positively recommend them to anyone!

Optimum Construction Company did a phenomenal and very professional job for us! Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! How do you give ZERO stars or negative stars? I would if I could.
This is one of the most dishonest contractors you could possibly deal with. If you want to avoid the stereotypical contractor from hell, the contractor nightmare you hear stories about, look elsewhere, NOW! He will charm, he will seem like the nicest of guys, but given the opportunity he will take your money and then select materials that are worth less than what you paid for. He will not do just substandard work, but incompetent work -- work that the contractor you will later have to hire to repair or replace what was done wrong
