This storage company also owns the laundry mat next door. Although the laundry mat is kept very clean the management is very rude when you have a complaint. For example they have washer machines that does not run water on your prewash cycle which causes you clothes not to come out clean as they should. I tried speaking and explaining what was going on with the washer and the lady by the name of Margaret just walked off from me. I work hard to earn my money and I fell they should take care of their customers instead of acting like we don't matter.
