Zero Stars! Horrible experience! I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing a home from QT. He is unresponsive and will not refund any deposit money even after your contract expires and he hasn't responded to multiple requests for an extension (on his behalf). He does not deliver and does not update you on the status of construction. Buyer Beware!

My Husband and I almost purchased a house from them. At this point we were unable to but I do not reccomended the company based on our experience.
The seller agrees to one thing and flip-flops when convenient. If they don't like something, they just ghost you and your realtor. I can't imagine having to work with them for your warranty on a new home as they always have an excuse to not do things (and that's if they respond).
The only reason we were unable to is because they listed the home as FHA when it would not actually meet the guidelines. After paying for an appraisal, the appraisal company
