One of the most unique things that we design are our ponds and waterfalls. Mark Haskins requires 1/2 money up front "for supplies" and work doesn't begin when expected. Everything was an excuse and always was blamed on rain that we never had in our area. Work was never started before 11a and never consistent. A job that should have only taken a couple of days, took months. It was always an argument to get the work completed and when it was started, it wasn't to faux finish that was shown to me in a picture. When I insisted it be redone to the agreement made, they tried to charge me more money. Several promises of fixing our sidewalk with tons of excuses, rolled right

I was sold on what I thought was a family run business with real family values that could create my ideal pool deck. They assured me that it would be low maintenance and durable. Less than a month in and the paint was pealing off, new concrete laid is cracked. They also left paint / concrete overspray on my house and glass doors. I reached out several times, sent pictures, etc and was told that they would be out to fix it but then did not follow up. Extremely disappointed!
Now it’s 5 months later and I’m looking to pay another company to come fix this mess after already paying a small fortune

Tried to get a quote for a client of mine that is selling their home and as soon as I told them I was a Realtor the person got extremely agitated and told me there was a $500 charge! When I said no thank you, he hung up! I guess he doesn't realize that Realtors refer vendors to clients and other Realtors. Oh well he won't be one of them!

This place tried to charge 7 time more than other places in the area. They totally tried to take advantage of a single women. They wanted 12800 on a job that she got done for $2600. And the new place is doing much more work to the pool. Its going to look brand new!! Shame on this place!

Tampa Decking & Pools refinished my deck and resurfaced my pool the last week of May and first week in June 2014. Nice job and no problem with the deck but the pool surface definitely is not as was shown in a sample or described to us. It is very blotchy with dark and light spots and very uneven. The pool person was supposed to come back the day after the pool was refilled and add chemicals and instruct me as to what I needed to do. Unfortunately for me, the pool person’s wife delivered a baby that day so he was unable to come back. The company deck finishers happened to be here that day and
