I needed some help getting educated on some mole issues I have in and around my yard. 11/24 Matt from Roberts Pest control arrived on time and immediately started in identifying and location mole runs I have in my yard. With his expert knowledge he explained to me the best course of action in dealing with my critter issues. I'm definitely going to re-use this company for future Pest Control issues. I have been using Roberts for a couple of years now. We almost never have insect issues inside the house. An occasional spider or perhaps a cricket in the basement, but rarely if ever are there issues in the main area of the home. I recommend them to anyone asking for pest control needs.

Matt came out on Wednesday and sprayed the exterior of my home due to me having a very bad wasp problem, haven't seen a wasp since so my thanks go out to Matt and the team. Also very knowledgeable guy when it came to me asking him a million questions.

We were referred through several of my friends. We just wanted basic treatment to stop the annoyance of spiders we have occasionally. But their treatment gets rid of so many more things that I am excited for! Wasps, ticks, silver fish, flies, mosquitos with special treatment, and those God forsaken stink beetles!!!!!!! The treatment is not… expensive at all in my opinion and they come back on a schedule every other month to reapply to the exterior of home. Chad the technician showed up on time, with a great attitude and ready to work. He was extremely thorough in his treatment. He got down on his hands and knees and sprayed all of my baseboards. I spoke with this company regarding a roach treatment on an apartment building and was quoted a price by Charlie Roberts directly. He then told me an office worker would call me to schedule. They did not over the next couple days, so I called to schedule. I spoke to the lady on the phone and she informed me there would be a $65 fee just to come out to quote a price.
