I am very pleased with our landscaping project with Outdoor Perfection. They did a fantastic job! From the very beginning, starting with Chad F. designing our backyard paradise, we have been completely satisfied. Chad designed our project after one visit and just "got it" right away. The owner, Travis Peterson, joined Chad on the proposal visit. We walked around, they answered all of our questions, made some additional recommendations on the spot, then came in with a very competitive bid. We were very impressed that Travis was there to present the proposal and answer all of our questions

Well I guess we are blessed because we had Travis come by to quote us on some work and he left stating that I would have a quote first thing in the morning. Well it has been 2 weeks now and still waiting. I guess it was a blessing. Did business with this company In the past with no problems but since their change in employees, it has gone to hell, have too much business to care.

Don't use Outdoor Perfection!!! Paid for $17,000+ of work. The patio was done well; however, they installed a sidewalk around the yard that was the same height as the patio. Didn't think much of it until it rained. Now, seven months later, we have a moat because they didn't create any drainage (and grass is dying). I hired a "professional company", so we would have experts; however, they aren't. We asked them to fix the drainage issue they created and even offered to pay for supplies. The owner said they would call. They didn't call. When I emailed them

We have used Outdoor Perfection for the last three years starting with our original design and the following years with any updating that might be necessary. Travis was very quick in designing the yard and returning to us. His workers do an excellent job and leave the yard very tidy at the end of each day.
Travis is also very responsive to any questions that we might have and has helped us when we've had issues when we have been out of town.
We plan to use Outdoor Perfection in the upcoming years and highly recommend this company to you.

Outdoor Perfection did an amazing job wity front yard. I could not be happier. From design to completion these guys are top notch.
Their sales rep took our ideas and wants, added in his professional touch and came up with some thing way better than we could have imagined. Before our front yard was blank and boring. Not anymore, now I have something I'm proud of.
From our custom stacked moss rock border to the bull rock bed and the perfectly placed boulders. I love every aspect. They even installed a French drain with my gutter down spouts tied in to keep from beds from washing out. These

I used Outdoor Perfection for landscaping, patio work and lawn care. I feel what I was charged was more than what I got in return. The plant choices for the landscaping were poor quality and the lawn care was minimal at best. I was given -1 days notice on their desire to end residential lawn services. Their crews did sloppy work and cut the grass too short, plus they would leave the gate to our back yard open when leaving. The lawn maintenance (fertilizing, etc.) was a joke, non-existant - I will go back to TruGreen (someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction). I will no longer do
