This was a complete interior/exterior renovation with a large 2-story addition built on the back of the house. This is to express our appreciation for the outstanding work that Ed Shinol/Shinol Site and Structure completed on our 1880 Victorian home located at 20 Eagle Street, Cooperstown NY. The construction included a complete re-build of the main home from 1100 square feet to approx.
