After another water damage remediation company failed to follow the mold professionals protocol, ServPro Redondo Beach inspected the kitchen and photographed large colonies of toxic black mold the other company left behind (in plain sight). ServPro Redondo Beach were very professional and timely and their assessment was used to convince our HOA that the entire kitchen had to be remediated. ServPro Redondo Beach was extremely safe (installed an air lock system), and completely remediated the mold back to a Category 1 level.
