Large Trees Report

We are a 2nd generation team and have been transplanting trees since the late 60's. We own large and small tree spades and carry with us generations of knowledge and experience. Most of our trees range from 18-25' tall and our tree spade is equipped to handle the digging and transplanting seamlessly.

The people at Gail Willey Inc did an amazing job on our outdoor living space. They were always very responsive and very professional. There attention to detail is top notch. Greg did an amazing job at designing the whole project. Also, Nelson did an amazing job at organizing and keeping the guys on track with the entire project. Gail Willey Landscaping has done a superb job on the completer renovation of our front yard! They took out old damaged concrete and installed approximately 5000 feet of pavers as well as xeriscaped our front yard. It looks just gorgeous and we could not be happier! This team is first class with excellent attention to detail. They completed this project in about a month and we could not be happier. We highly recommend them!!! Gail Willey did a huge paving project for me and I couldn't be more pleased. Brian was delightful to work with and was very open to change in his design suggestions; the workers themselves were polite and pleasant to engage with. We were referred to Gail Willey Landscaping for a flooring project and a rep came out to our home to discuss the project and he said he would get back to us with an estimate. We NEVER heard back from him. We left two follow up voice mails and NEVER heard back. This is unacceptable and not professional. Do not recommend this company.

John and his team were great to work with. They were always on time. All were professional and great to interact with.
Our yard was just bare mud devoid of trees or boulders. They showed up at 8:30 and by 1:30 we had 2 beautiful ponderosa pines. One 20 foot and one 26 feet. They installed 13 tons of beautiful granite boulders. They yard was beautiful. It looked so natural and like it had been there forever. His price was beyond fair. We are so impressed with this company I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone who needs professional landscaping

So back in November of 2018 I contacted them, and left a message asking for one of their landscapers to get back to me. Reception staff was nice, but I had to call again a couple weeks later and left another message, which took a couple days for them to get back to me. Just completed my 2nd major home improvement project with Gail Willey Landscaping and both went off like clock-work. The first involved extensive trenching for a French Drain on 3 sides of my house coupled with an extensive retaining wall of cinder block. The 2nd. involved installation of a Patio enlargement using Pavers as well as widening the 3 car driveway to a 4 car driveway also using Pavers + consolidating the gutter downspout drains into a solid drain leading out to the street. I have never enjoyed a landscaping project as much as I have working with the Gail Willey Landscaping team. Professional from start to finish. The team has been working at Gail Willey Landscaping a very long time and it proved to be one of the many reasons my yard turned out beautiful.

Just finished our second job with Gail Willey Landscaping so I think it's time for a Yelp review. Our landscape designer, Brian, patiently listened to what we were looking for and answered all our questions, before, during and after the job. He even came out with a broken leg....that's dedication! Nestor, the foreman, and his crew arrived on time every morning, worked tirelessly throughout the day and left our yard spotless each evening. On top of that, they transformed a terrible eyesore in our front yard into a gorgeous natural creek bed. Amazing!

Gail Willey Landscaping (GWL) built our back yard water feature 4 years ago (August, 2011). We are very happy with the outcome and the functionality of the entire project. We had 3 small concrete ponds that were deteriorating and needed to be removed/replaced. It turned out beautifully and Nelson and the crew were great, showed up everyday on time and left the area clean daily. I contacted them via telephone to request someone come out and bid a new patio I was planning. The reception staff was very friendly. I received a call the next day from a "Landscape Architect" who explained he had viewed my property on Google Earth, but was unable to see my backyard due to the trees. I was told he would need more information about my project to see if it would even "be worth it" for him to come out and bid.

Wow, I guess I was under the impression they provided services to residential properties, guess I was wrong.....

I would not hire them again for any landscaping project and would recomend them to anyone else. Took much longer than expected and did not inform about any cost over runs. The owner would undo what the worker laid out and then want to charge more. It was a very unpleasant landscape project.
