Everyone deserves an opportunity. And Renita, Robbie, Chris, Ryan....entire family were provided one. Unfortunately, time and time again they have failed to come through. Customer service is a zero and product is sub par. Maybe you’ll have a better experience? Isolated instances are okay. Trends are not. You decide for yourself.

Two years ago we did a total rehab with six supposedly new units. One of them is still in continuous failure mode (goes on for 20 seconds and quits) Three have had freon leaks. Two have had to be removed from the apartment for compressor replacements. One of them is extraordinarily loud. All of them give off odd noises from time to time. Simon-Aire, which a few days ago came out and supposedly fixed the one that is in failure mode, is taking the position that the warranty has expired and it's all our problem, even though the unit in question hadn't been functioning for months.

In YEAR 3, the unit stopped working again due to a 2nd broken fan costing me an
