We were very specific in explaining our gutter problems to Gary . We have a large tree near gutters and the leaves clog gutters. We are senior citizens and unable to climb ladders to clean gutters. Gary assured us his product would eliminate this problem. However, on the contrary, our gutters are still clogged with leaves. Very difficult to contact Gary after installation. Finally, he returned to look at the gutters and said they were working as they should. We showed him pictures of rain pouring over gutters and onto sidewalk below, the very problem we were trying to rectify. He has refused

Had them install the new gutter filter in 2016 had nothing but problems with Garret Gardner. I wrote to them recently that my gutters are full of leaves despite the heavy rainfall and what were they going to do since they guarantee states this will never happen. Have not received a response from them, if I do not here from them in the next couple of days will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Had this company install the Gutter Filter and looks nothing like what was brought to our house as a demo there are gaps everywhere and it is not fully enclosed like thier wedsite says. The owner is very dishonest. The product looks like it was put on by third graders. I would not recommend this company. very disappointed.
