They are helpful but don't count on them actually working on your car even with an appointment. Dropped my car off at 7am and was told it would be ready by 2pm. By 4 pm still no call so I called them asking about my car at which point they told me "we are still diagnosing the car and need to keep it over night". 9 hours and you couldn't diagnose an issue that was already diagnosed a week prior when I made the appointment. Its pretty sad. They didn't even do the recall work in that time period. Very disappointed with the service department for their lack of time management.

All Star Ford in Prairieville was amazing. I never felt any pressure or typical “dealer” tactics. Coach came through and found my dream vehicle. Michael R was so friendly and easy to talk too. He made the car buying process so easy and stress free. Michael B was amazing as well. I saved the best for last, Jessica B!! I feel like I made a new friend and got a great car at a great deal. Was supposed to have taken 3 days. Finally after 8 days they tell me my truck is ready. Go to get it and the check engine light is on from work they had done. Upon trying over and over to clear the code they run the battery dead. Finally the code is cleared. However they side of my truck is painted a different color white than the rest of it. And didn't tape off what shouldn't have been painted nor did they even sand what was painted before painting it. So now they have my truck for I'm not sure how much longer. Only picked a 2 star because it seems that the bumper was put on correctly, I hope

I will definitely give 5 Stars to All Star!! 🏁🏁 Especially to Ms Marian Johnson!!! She was Awesome!!! I'm not from Louisiana, this was my first time in Prairieville. I saw advertised a little red Smartcar online and was curious really not planning to buy because I thought they were electric and I don't need anything else that needs charging!! When I arrived, Ms Johnson met me as soon as my feet hit the pavement with Such A Welcoming Smile that even though the car I came to see was already sold, I stayed to see what she was offering. Just in was another little Blue Smartcar Passion Convervatable
